There are many resources
on the that provide information about LEP individuals and
many organizations public and private organizations and groups that
have developed model plans to provide services to LEP individuals.
Language Access Guides includes the table of contents for the Federal Language Access Guide (FLAG) and New York Language Access Guide (NYLAG) for advocates. The guides describe the protections for LEP individuals in state and federal programs. Language Access Training includes training materials from federal agencies, state agencies, and advocates. These training materials include presentations and handout materials. Model LEP Plans includes copies of LEP plans that have been implemented by federal and state agencies and governments to provide access to LEP individuals. New York Resources includes an extensive list of online materials from Federal and New York State sources on a variety of topics for LEP individuals. Most of these resources are available in English and Spanish.
