The New York State Department of Social Services and the State University of New York announce the creation of a new program called COPE (College Opportunity to Prepare for Enployment) . COPE will provide colleges with funds to assist LSSD's (local social services districts) to further expand JOBS activities for the ADC JOBS participants.
