ADA LEP RESOURCES
These are the ADA/LEP checklists submitted by 51 of the 58 Counties in New
York State. These documents are required by
06-ADM-05.
We have renamed them "checklists" because that is a more accurate description
than the word "plans" which is used by the Counties. Some districts have issued
revised ADA policies or have issued ADA policies although they did not submit an
ADA/LEP checklist to OTDA. Please go to the end of the list to see those policies.
