The purpose of this letter is to advise you of the maximum state aid rates (MSAR) for foster care programs and private schools for the handicapped for the period July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994. The promulgated rates have been calculated using the approved reimbursement methodology applicable to fiscal year 1993/94.
