This is a follow-up to Dennis Fecci's February 5, 1993 letter to "All Commissioners", in his capacity as co-chair of the NYPWA Systems Committee, regarding Local District purchase of mainframe terminals and printers to supplement those approved by the State DSS. The Department has developed a mechanism to enable districts to make such purchases.
