OTDA is pleased to inform local districts of the implementation of a new monthly computer match that will assist them in proper case processing, fraud prevention/detection/prosecution and increasing the work participation rate. The National Directory of New Hires (NDNH) match will consist of processing a file of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Safety Net Assistance Maintenance of Effort (SN-MOE) recipients against a national file of W-4 new hires information. This national file contains all employers, including multi-state employers, out-of-state employers, the federal government and the military.
