The purpose of this LCM is to notify local social services districts that the Block Grant CY 2003 (BG CY 2003), Drug/Alcohol CY2003 (Drug/Al 2003) and Domestic Violence Liaison CY 2003 (DVL CY 2003) TANF programs will be closed with expenditures through December 31, 2004 and claims submitted by February 28, 2005.
