The Human Resources Administration (HRA) is updating its means of contact with clients. The Employment & Support Services Administration (ESSA): Employment Services will return to scheduling mandatory appointments, while the Family Independence Administration (FIA) will continue to offer remote services while providing in-person services to clients who request them or visit a Benefits Access Center (BAC). HRA staff will contact clients via email, telephone calls, text messages, and physical mail, as appropriate.
