DHS-PB-2021-017 (To be used with DHS-PB-2018-009): Reasonable Accommodations for Clients With Complex Medical Needs Being Discharged From A Healthcare Facility  (November 30, 2021)
Federal, state and local laws require DHS to provide Reasonable Accommodations (RA) to applicants and clients with disabilities in order for them to receive meaningful access to the benefits and services provided by DHS, except where an accommodation will impose an undue hardship on the operation of the agency or any of its programs.
