Staff at the New York City Department of Homeless Services (OHS) and its funded provider agencies may encounter workplace violence perpetrated by current clients and/or former clients. This document provides a structured response for how OHS and their Provider Agencies shall address the aftermath of such violence; it must be followed in addition to OHS policies and procedures already in place.
