The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the notice entitled It is Easier Than Ever to Apply for Food Stamps EXP-85A) and the Food Stamp Income Guidelines (W-138Q) form will be sent to individuals who recently applied for the School Meals program.
