The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Model Job Center and Model Food Stamp Center staff that the Front Door Reception (FDR) Operations Manual, its associated Transmittals #06-01 and #06-15, the Model Office Numbering, Identification and Queuing (MONIQ) Operations Manual, and its associated Transmittal #07-01 are now obsolete.
