The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform the Job Opportunity Specialists (JOS)/Workers at the Job Centers and the Skills Assessment and Placement (SAP) vendor sites that Begin Employment Gain Independence Now (BEGIN), which until now only serviced Family Assistance (FA) participants, will now service eligible Safety Net (SN) participants at selected sites in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
