The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the Training Assessment Group (TAG) appointment letters have been revised. The notices have been amended to clarify and add specific language required by the plaintiffs as stipulated in the Davila settlement. In addition to the language revisions, the letters have been modified to instruct the applicant/participant to bring his/her high school diploma, proof of General Equivalency Diploma (GED), college degree, Career Programs Assessment Test (CPAT), or proof of grade point average (GPA) to this appointment.
