This policy bulletin is to inform staff that the attached NPA Food Stamp Supervisor’s Assignment of Cases form (W-119B) has been revised as follows:
• The title has been expanded to include the words “NPA Food Stamp.”
• The Application Unit is now referred to as the Application/
Recertification Unit.
• The signature line at the bottom of the form indicates that the Supervisor is signing for the Application/Recertification Unit.
