This policy bulletin is to remind Family Independence Administration (FIA) staff that they must ensure that unengageable Non-Public Assistance Food Stamp (NPA FS) cases are transferred to the appropriate Medical Insurance and Community Services Administration (MICSA, formerly known as the Medical Assistance Program [MAP]) FS Center after acceptance/recertification or at the point that the household is determined to be unengageable.
