This purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff of changes to the Electronic Benefits Transfer System (EBT) reconciliation process. In the past, Workers had to access the EBT to determine if a participant redeemed all or part of his/her benefits. WMS only showed the benefit as cashed once the entire benefit had been used.
