The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has released its cost of living adjustments for the Food Stamp Program effective October 1, 2004. These adjustments will affect the following standards:
• FS table amounts for the 130% Gross Income Test;
• Net Income Eligibility Levels;
• Zero Benefit Levels;
• Thrifty Food Plan;
• Excess Shelter Maximum and Standard Deduction amounts.
