The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that the Public Assistance and Child Support - What Parents Need to Know form (W-273KK) has been revised as follows:
Revision 10 Form W-273KK:
• Section Titled - Going to Family Court
The sentence "If you are on publiC assistance, a lawyer will be assigned to represent you at the child support hearing" has been deleted from the document as the Agency (HRA) does not provide legal assistance to these matters.
