The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff of two new child care forms. All About the Human Resources Administration (HRA) Child Care (W-575AA) and How Child Care Providers Get Paid by the Human Resources Administration (HRA) (W-575BB) provide vital information on child care services that are available to parents/guardians through the Family Independence Administration’s Child Care Office. Workers must provide these forms when child care information is being discussed with applicants/participants who require child care for their children.
