#06-69-OPE: Employability Status (ES) Code 24 Change
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the definition of ES Code 24 (Pregnant – 4th Month or Beyond) has been revised.
COMMENTS: This PB states: "The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff that the definition of ES Code 24 (Pregnant * 4th Month or Beyond) has been revised. The new definition of ES Code 24 is (Pregnant * Within 30 Days of Medically Verified Date of Delivery). The new definition of ES Code 24 means that pregnant women are not exempt from work activities until the eighth month of pregnancy." (emphasis added)
