The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Benefits Access Center (BAC) and Division of Financial Review Processing (DFRP) staff of a change in the manual processing of OCSS sanctions. Starting July 1, 2023, the Medicaid portion of the CA case will be subject to denial/closing for individuals that don’t comply with OCSS, unless the applicant/participant is pregnant or within 12 months of their EDC.
