#23-06-ELI: Determining Qualified Alien Status for Battered/Abused Noncitizens and PRUCOL Eligibility

This policy directive is being revised to inform staff that the list of noncitizens who meet the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) Permanently Residing Under Color of Law (PRUCOL) criteria and who may be eligible for Safety Net Assistance (SNA) benefits was updated.
