The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) center staff that the contract between HRA and Goodwill to issue clothing vouchers ended on June 30, 2021. It is informational for all other staff. As a result of the contract ending, Goodwill vouchers for emergency and immediate clothing or household needs must no longer be issued by Job Center or HASA staff.
