The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform redeployed staff in the Family Independence Administration (FIA) Rejection Review Team (RRT) to review both Cash Assistance (CA) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) rejections (or closings for cases in Single Issuance (SI) status) for failing to complete an interview (E10) and/or submit requested verifying documentation (V20/V21). This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
