Complaint - I have a concern with regards to one of your agents. Someone went to the management office with handles my rental apartment and requested information, they demonstrated a badge and that's all. The badge stated they were from the Department of Social Services and were questioning who I live with and requested my rental breakdown. I called ACS and I was advised I do not have an open case, then I contacted HRA and I received the same response. I am extremely confused and would like to get to the bottom of this. Please let me know if you can assist me with this.
