The PB explains: The Notice to All Applicants (EXP-75Q) is an insert that is added to the Public Assistance Application Kit. This insert informs applicants that it is not necessary to fill out the Statewide Common Application form (LDSS-2921), if they intend to complete the automated application process on the same day they come to a Job Center for assistance.
The receptionists at Job Centers must reinforce this message
