(This Policy Directive Replaces PD #15-27-ELI)
This policy directive is being revised to inform staff that:
- The Earned Income FIA3A must be completed for individuals who switch from a one-time emergency grant to ongoing assistance, and who are employed.
- A Documentation Only FIA3A is no longer used for individuals applying for a one-time emergency grant (one-shot deal).
- The FIA3A Desk Guide (FIA-1099) has been updated.
- Staff must refer to the Guide to Cash Assistance Budgeting (W-203K) for the current Earned Income Disregard (EID) percentage.
