The purpose of this policy bulletin is to introduce to Job Center staff and Career Services staff (which includes Education Services), the new form "Questions and Answers on Human Resources Administration (HRA) Policies that Promote Access to Education for All" (FIA-1064c). This policy bulletin is informational for all other staff.
Form FIA-1064c must be provided to applicants/participants when they meet with Education Services (formerly Training Assessment Group [TAG]) staff.
