The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff at Job Centers and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Centers of the revision of two (2) forms, the Acknowledgment of Agreement to Receive Paperless Notices (FIA-1179) and the Notice of Stopped Paperless Notifications (FIA-1179a). These forms are used in the "Go Paperless" option available to certain users in the recently updated and rebranded Human Resources Administration (HRA) online web portal, ACCESS HRA. The web portal was previously called ACCESS NYC.
