The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff and Income Clearance Program (ICP) staff that Home Visit Needed/Homebound (HVN/HB) households in receipt of Cash Assistance (CA) are not required to submit a completed Mail-in Recertification/Eligibility Questionnaire (M-327h) to maintain eligibility for CA benefits.
