This policy directive has been revised to inform staff that outreach attempts regarding the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) were made to all applicants and participants of CA and NCA SNAP. These outreach attempts were made in the form of direct mailings and email blasts, if an email address was listed in the case record.
