The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center and Non-Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that as of March 30, 2015 the Office of Refugee and Immigrant Affairs (ORIA) replaced the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) as the manager of the sign language interpretation contract.
