The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island (region one) that effective April 1, 2015 Fedcap will be the contracted vendor to provide services under the Wellness, Comprehensive Assessment, Rehabilitation and Employment (WeCARE) program instead of the Federation of Employment and Guidance Services (FEGS).
