The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that ownership of a number of forms used by the Office of Eligibility Monitoring (OEM) are being transferred to the Office of Quality Assurance and Fiscal Integrity (OQAFI) since they are no longer under the control of the Family Independence Administration (FIA).
