This policy bulletin is being revised to inform staff that the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) has changed the conversion time of the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system to Sunday September 21, 2014, 12:00 am to noon instead of 12:00 am to 5:00 pm.
