The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NCA SNAP) Center staff that the Cooling Assistance Program opened its Cooling Component on April 1, 2013. The program will run until Sunday, August 20, 2013 or until funds are no longer available whichever comes first.
