The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center staff that WMS PA Case Reason Code M40 (Intentionally Providing Incorrect Information), is obsolete. Staff can no longer use this code to deny a Cash Assistance (CA) applicant or generate a Client Notice System (CNS) notice of CA denial.
