This policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff and Out Stationed Workers (OSW) of changes made to the FIA3A in the New York City Work, Accountability, and You (NYCWAY) system. Two new fields have been added to the Employer Data screen of the FIA3A, Employment Sector and Occupation type.
