The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff of a temporary suspension of the imposition of SNAP Employment and Training sanctions for failure to comply with the SNAP work rules, effective December 14, 2012.
