The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance (NCA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Center staff that the certification periods for Cash Assistance (CA) and SNAP cases that were due to expire at the end of October 2012 or the end of November 2012, have been extended for one month due to the impact of Tropical Storm Sandy.
