The Family Independence Administration (FIA) will be implementing the Youth Engagement Service (YES) program, which is a component of the Parks Opportunity Program (POP). The YES program is a 12 month wage subsidized employment targeted to young adults 18 to 20 years of age who are:
* pregnant or parenting; and
* have an active PA case of which they are the case head.
