The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center staff that the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines for Emergency Assistance to Families (EAF) and Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) Categories of Assistance (EXP-76D) form has been revised to reflect the 2012 Federal Poverty Level Guidelines.
