The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform staff in the Model Centers that PB #05-102-OPE which introduced the availability of the Automated Customer Information Stations, or kiosks, is obsolete.
The Kiosks have been removed from the Model Centers; therefore, the PB describing them is no longer necessary.
