The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all staff that the SeniorWorks Job Center will be identifying potentially eligible candidates to participate in the Senior Citizens Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) program. The program provides eligible New York City residents with an exemption from rent increases.
