The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff of the closing of the 2010–2011 Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) season. Both the regular and emergency HEAP benefit components will close effective Friday, May 13, 2011.
Applications and requests for applications for regular and emergency HEAP must be accepted through the close of business on May 13, 2011.
