The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center/Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp Center (NCA FS) staff of a new web based report retrieval tool, PageCenter, that allows staff to access WINRO reports generated by Management Information Systems (MIS) and the Office of Temporary Disability Assistance (OTDA) online, instead of printing them via the DEPCON printers.
