(This Policy Bulletin Replaces PB #10-38-OPE and PB #09-116-OPE)
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to advise Job Center and Non-Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that they must now provide information regarding sexual assault to applicants/participants. A new form has been created for this purpose. The Services for Victims of Sexual Assault form (W-131) will be added to the Application/Recertification Kits.
