The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform all Job Center, Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center, HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA), and Infoline staff about a mailing conducted by the New York State (NYS) Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) which informed certain Cash Assistance (CA and NCA FS households about a one-time non-cash assistance Back-to-School payment.
