#09-59-OPE: Food Stamp Separate Determination Transmittal (W-203AA) Form
The purpose of this policy bulletin is to inform Job Center and Non Cash Assistance Food Stamp (NCA FS) Center staff that the Separate Food Stamp Determination Transmittal (W-203AA) form has been revised. The W-203AA form is being revised as follows: - Reformatted with new logo. - References of PA and NPA have been changed to CA and NCA. - Listing of forms and applicant/participant information at the bottom of the form have been removed because the Paperless Office System (POS) provides this information.
